Development Director

Established 70 years ago, Action4Youth is based in Aylesbury and is a charity operating across Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes and beyond.

Our aim is to provide fun, often transformational experiences for all young people, whatever their background, ability or disability that not only challenge them but help and encourage them to grow as individuals, build personal confidence and set them new horizons from the perspective of what they can do rather than what they can’t.

It’s all about inspiring young people to become Inspiring Young People.

The organisation is currently in a period of ambitious growth as it increases its influence and reach. The role of Development Director will add energy, purpose and substance to the senior team as it pushes forward at an exciting time. This is an opportunity for someone with a can do attitude and a strong desire to make things happen.

The successful applicant will join a supportive, driven, committed team whose desire to achieve is matched by an intention to enjoy work on a day to day basis. The post will be based in an open plan office in Aylesbury and the new post holder should expect to enjoy being part of a collaborative, loud and energetic organisation.

Caldecotte Xperience – Trainee Instructors

Caldecotte Xperience is located in Simpson, Milton Keynes and is owned and run by Action4Youth.  At Action4Youth our aim is to provide fun, often transformational experiences for all young people, whatever their background, ability or disability that not only challenge them but help and encourage them to grow as individuals, build personal confidence and set them new horizons from the perspective of what they can do rather than what they can’t.

We are currently recruiting Trainee Instructors, details are as follows:

Trainee Instructor

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: 23 months

Salary: £11,832.60 – £15,796.04 per annum

Volunteer

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Fundraising Volunteer who is passionate about youth empowerment. You will be an excellent communicator, organised and confident speaking to, and engaging members of the public. You will be able to represent and positively promote the work that Action4Youth does in the community.

This is a voluntary role but travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed, where appropriate.
