NCS Assistant Team Leader
NCS Assistant Team Leaders will be split between two cohorts. They will help the NCS Team Leader support their cohort of 12 to 16 young people on the Action4Youth National Citizen Service programme over a period of three consecutive weeks. The Assistant may also need to provide one to one support for young people with special educational needs.
The cohorts will include a mixture of young people from different backgrounds, some of whom may have disabilities or behavioural difficulties. You will supervise the same groups throughout and will be required to stay overnight during the residential elements of the programme. You are also required to attend the staff training event and team building day. During the programme you are responsible to the NCS Wave Leader and NCS Project Manager.
Hours: Fixed contract of seasonal work

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Fundraising Volunteer who is passionate about youth empowerment. You will be an excellent communicator, organised and confident speaking to, and engaging members of the public. You will be able to represent and positively promote the work that Action4Youth does in the community.
This is a voluntary role but travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed, where appropriate.

Cleric, author, broadcaster and former Communard Reverend Richard Coles is scheduled to appear at Action4Youth’s Big Night Out!
On 11 September, Reverend Richard Coles will join Action4Youth and over 1,000 young people for the charity’s annual awards, at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre.
