The Youth Charity for Children & Young People
We are an established youth charity providing positive, often transformational experiences and activities which inspire children and young people. Our aim is to enable young people of all abilities and disabilities to learn to challenge themselves and work with others – learning what they can achieve rather than what they can’t

A message from Jenifer Cameron – December 2020
Looking back on the year is a bit different in 2020. We’re looking back on an extraordinary time with very many losses; people, jobs, time, experiences and perhaps not so many gains. We are all approaching the Christmas holidays in weariness as much as seasonal cheer in the knowledge that the many problems Covid leaves in its wake will be waiting for us in January.

Action4Youth takes conference virtual
On the 3rd November- 5th November 2020, organisations working to support young people and those from the wider charity and statutory sectors will come together to talk about the impact COVID-19 is having on young people, education and charities.
Work with Us - the charity for young people
You don’t have to have charity experience to work with Action4Youth, but you do need a desire to take on new challenges that help make a difference to young people’s lives.
As an energetic and growing young people’s charity we are always looking for talented, passionate and motivated people to help us achieve a better life and future for young people in Aylesbury Vale and Milton Keynes.

Experiences, Activities & Holiday Courses for young people
As a leading youth charity in the Vale of Aylesbury area Action4Youth has the facilities, programmes and experience to deliver positive outcomes for young people. We operate Caldecotte Experience, an outdoor adventure and learning centre where young people can have fun, meet new friends, challenge themselves and achieve great things. From holiday courses and after school courses we offer an extensive range of actives to help personal development, grow confidence, and to learn new skills.
We operate The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and a number of other programmes such as, the National Citizen Service for the area and the Inspiration Programme. We also represent a membership of youth clubs and organisations throughout the county, giving guidance and support to help their growth and development.
