The youth charity for children & young people

Action4Youth is an ambitious, proactive charity focused on driving forward the crucial youth agenda to transform lives for the better. Every child should have the opportunity to be heard, to be safe and to succeed.

Special Support

Our staff teams are all trained and experienced in supporting and working with young people with special educational or behavioural needs.

At Action4Youth our aim is to offer our full range of programmes and opportunities to all young people. That means we adapt our work to meet the needs of the children and young people on every activity. Programmes like our Breakout Programme and Youth Mentoring scheme encourage positive engagement and achievement in young people whose challenging behaviour can lead them to the brink of exclusion from school.

Experiences, Activities & Holiday Courses for young people

As a leading youth charity in the Vale of Aylesbury area Action4Youth has the facilities, programmes and experience to deliver positive outcomes for young people. We operate Caldecotte Experience, an outdoor adventure and learning centre where young people can have fun, meet new friends, challenge themselves and achieve great things. From holiday courses and after school courses we offer an extensive range of actives to help personal development, grow confidence, and to learn new skills.

We operate The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and a number of other programmes such as, the National Citizen Service for the area and the Inspiration Programme. We also represent a membership of youth clubs and organisations throughout the county, giving guidance and support to help their growth and development.
