The Ultimate Residential Xperience

Our Yurt Villages - Enigma and Colussus

The Caldecotte Xperience yurt village complex was opened in 2015 and has proved very popular with visitors. This has now expanded to two yurt villages to keep up with high demand. The yurts are based on a traditional Mongolian design, brought up to the 21st Century with the building being interconnected and having bedrooms, bathrooms, accessible bedroom facilities, kitchen, electricity, heating and lighting.

There are four bedrooms around a central main communal yurt. The bedroom accommodation comfortably sleeps 25 and there is capacity to sleep 3 additional people on futons in the main room. The main room has a bespoke built kitchen with electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, sinks with hot and cold running water and all the pots and pans, crockery and cutlery you need.

The two main bedrooms have sets of bunk beds sleeping 10 in each with en-suite located just off each room. There are two smaller rooms which each has an accessible/high dependency bed and a set of bunk beds which can be used for additional sleeping or for staff.

What is a Bell Tent?

A bell tent is a simple, traditional tent-like structure with a round base and a sloping roof with a central peak. They are simple, comfortable and have a connection with traditional camping tents.

Our bell tents will protect you from the elements providing the ideal solution for your camp. Next to the Tented Village you’ll have access to toilet and shower facilities and an area to make tea and coffee.
