Holiday Activities and Food Programme
Milton Keynes HAF Session Booking
Caldecotte Xperience has been awarded grant funding from Milton Keynes City Council to deliver sessions for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme, for children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM), during the Easter school holidays in 2024.
Our instructors and staff all have additional needs specialist training and are experienced in delivering sessions with varying support requirements so all activities can be enjoyed by everyone whatever their ability.
We are looking forward to welcoming young people to our HAF programme at Caldecotte Xperience, where we provide a range of exciting outdoor activities.
These include land-based, water-based and rope-based activities. Each session will include a cooking activity and the children will all have lunch. We offer sessions with SEND support.
An example of our weekly timetable is:
Tuesday

Wednesday
- Sailing
- Pico
- Zorbing
- HAF Cooking
Thursday
- Climbing Feature Wall
- Sailing
- Pico
- HAF Cooking.
All sessions will include a hot meal each day of the programme. Free transport is available if required.
