The Inspiration Programme: Business visits

The Inspiration Programme helps prepare young people from all backgrounds and circumstances for life and work as they prepare to leave mainstream education. We are looking for companies to facilitate a visit by a group of students giving them an understanding of what employers expect today, and different career opportunities within that company.

The Inspiration Programme: Mock Interviews

Location: Aylesbury
The Inspiration Programme helps prepare young people from all backgrounds and circumstances for life and work as they prepare to leave mainstream education.  We are looking for volunteers to help prepare students for a job interview and the world of work.  For many of our students this is the first experience of the working environment and applying for a job.

Caldecotte Xperience group activities

Location: Caldecotte Xperience, Milton Keynes
Dates: Flexible

Caldecotte Xperience is a specialist provider of outstanding outdoor education and adventure activities for young people with disabilities.  The activities help increase self-confidence and esteem, and reduce social isolation in young people.  Volunteer groups play an important role in helping keep Caldecotte Xperience at its best, and to help develop the range of activities and facilities for young people.  These include:

  • Painting, decorating and garden maintenance tasks;
  • Creating an accessible archery range;
  • Building an outdoor pizza oven;
  • Extending accessible pathways throughout the site.
