We are an established, energetic youth charity who provide positive, often transformational experiences and activities which inspire children and young people.
Our aim is to enable young people of all abilities and disabilities to learn to challenge themselves and work with others - learning what they can achieve rather than what they can’t.
What we do
Everything we do engages the rising generation of our community to work together in helping not only themselves but each other.
It's about inspiring young people to become Inspiring Young People.
Action4Youth operates an outdoor adventure and learning centre: The Caldecotte Xperience.
We operate The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and the National Citizen Service for the area and also represent a membership of youth clubs and organisations throughout the county, giving guidance and support to help their growth and development.
Outcomes: The shared experience of the activities contribute to a range of outcomes for those who take part, delivering self confidence, personal development and esteem, teamwork, leadership, community engagement and ultimately work readiness.
Join us for the Action4Youth Conference 2018
The welfare of young people and the challenges they face are at the heart of our conference this year as we address the challenges of crime and radicalisation, mental health and wellbeing through the teenage years and the education system.
We, who work for and with young people, need to ensure that we are effective and efficient in all we do so we have sessions to help us hone both our thinking and practice.

A fantastic night was had by all at the Action4Youth’s Big Night Out on September 12th at the Waterside Theatre in Aylesbury, kindly sponsored by NHBC, iELive Event Services, Buckinghamshire College Group and Your Print Solution.
The theatre was full to capacity with over 1400 audience members and a sold out Second Space. The Waterside Theatre was made up of young people, volunteers, their families and a host of dignitaries for an amazing evening to recognise their amazing achievements in 2018.
