We are an established, energetic youth charity who provide positive, often transformational experiences and activities which inspire children and young people.
Our aim is to enable young people of all abilities and disabilities to learn to challenge themselves and work with others - learning what they can achieve rather than what they can’t.
What we do
Everything we do engages the rising generation of our community to work together in helping not only themselves but each other.
It's about inspiring young people to become Inspiring Young People.
Action4Youth operate two outdoor adventure and learning centres: The Caldecotte Xperience and The Longrigg Xperience.
We operate The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and the National Citizen Service for the area and also represent a membership of youth clubs and organisations throughout the county, giving guidance and support to help their growth and development.

Action4Youth Big Night Out
21 September Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury
With special guests Rt Hon John Bercow MP and Mr Greg Rutherford MBE
Every year our Big Night Out celebrates the achievements of our local young people and volunteers across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.
The event encompasses award ceremonies for all of our National Citizen Service graduates, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and our Young Leaders Awards programme as well as the Youth Club of the Year award and dedication awards for long service volunteers and those who have helped engage and inspire the rising generation of our community.
Currently in development, this new and exciting initiative will be formally launched on 21 September by the Rt Hon John Bercow PC MP.
The Inspiration Programme is designed to broaden the horizons, thinking and experience of young people in our community, to make them aware of how our society works and help them understand what their place in it is and can be.
