Community Sports Leader Award


The aims and objectives of the Community Sports Leadership Award is to increase the number and quality of sports leaders of assisting with the organisation and running of sporting and recreational activities for community groups.

The Award is a practical qualification designed to develop the individual’s confidence, communication skills, ability and willingness to take responsibility. The emphasis is on “leadership” skills and not technical proficiency in particular sports.
